Order and Shipping Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email once your order ships, including tracking details and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam if these emails are not received.

Processing Time and Shipping Schedule

Allow us 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. We ship on business days (Monday to Friday), with orders placed on weekends or holidays processed the next business day.

Courier Partners and Tracking

We partner with reputable couriers for reliable delivery. A shipping confirmation email will provide a tracking link. Delivery estimates in this email are just that—estimates which can vary by location.

Signatures and Package Delivery

Some couriers may require a signature. If you're not available, they might leave the package at a secure location or reattempt delivery. The Marishop cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the courier post-delivery.

Damages Due to Courier Handling

While we ensure our products are high-quality and securely packaged, courier mishandling can occur. If your package is damaged, report it to the courier and email us at info@themarishop.com with photos for assistance.

Incomplete / Incorrect Orders

Report any order discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt to info@themarishop.com. We may ship items separately, in which case, multiple shipping confirmations will be sent.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Ensure shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or cancellations. If you spot an error, contact us at info@themarishop.com within 24 hours of order placement.

Delayed Delivery

We aim for timely deliveries, but occasionally, delays outside our control occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

International Shipping

The Marishop offers international shipping to most countries with packages shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). This means that as the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any inbound duties, taxes, and customs fees. Please be aware that international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping, and courier tracking websites may take 1-4 days to update the tracking information. The Marishop is not liable for any customs fees, duties, or taxes, nor are we responsible for lost or stolen packages during international shipping. However, customs may sometimes hold packages for inspection, causing delays in delivery. We advise customers to check with their local customs office to determine if any additional fees or inspections may apply to their order. If customs holds a package, it may be the customer's responsibility to provide necessary documentation or information to release the package. The Marishop is not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred due to customs holding a package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at info@themarishop.com. We'll assist, but note, once a package leaves our facility, we rely on couriers for delivery.

Returns

For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Review our return policy or contact us at info@themarishop.com for guidance.

Cancellation and Refusal

The Marishop reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly.
