Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change, which is why we offer a 24-hour window from the time of your order for any changes or cancellations. Requests beyond this period may not be feasible due to processing advancements. Cancellations within this window will be refunded within 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

The Marishop is proud to provide a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Used, worn, or damaged items do not qualify for a refund. Returns outside this period or not meeting our criteria may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.

To start a return, contact us at info@themarishop.com within 30 days of receipt with your order details and return reason. Approval from our team is required before sending items back. Ensure the product is in its original packaging and state, including your order details inside the return package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of initial item damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After receiving and inspecting returns, refunds may take up to 40 business days to process from the confirmation date. Should delays in refund receipt occur post-confirmation, please consult your bank.

Refunds are issued in USD ($), matching the original transaction currency. Customers bear responsibility for any currency conversion or transaction fees.

Product Concerns

At The Marishop, customer safety is paramount. Adhere to all usage and safety guidelines provided with your product. Misuse or failure to follow instructions may result in voided refunds or exchanges. Should product use result in discomfort, discontinue immediately and contact info@themarishop.com for support.

Damaged Items

Our packaging aims to protect against damage. Consider items damaged only if defective or physically broken. Damage to packaging alone, without product harm, does not qualify. Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery at info@themarishop.com, including damage photos. Eligibility for no-cost replacements will be determined upon review. We do not cover damages from normal wear, misuse, or tear.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times, while prioritized, may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs delays. Directly contact the courier with delivery concerns. The Marishop is not accountable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Fraud Prevention

Billing and shipping details undergo verification to guard against fraud. We monitor transactions for irregularities and may seek further customer information to confirm legitimacy. Suspicious activities will lead to transaction cancellation and customer notification.
